Why Launder and Press and not Dry Cleaning for shirts?

Dry Cleaning is a process that doesn’t involve water. Shirt laundering is done with a laundry machine - similar to the one you might use in your home. One big difference - our machines are larger and more powerful. So why should you bring your shirts to us when it’s something that you could possibly do at home? There are a number of advantages to having your shirts professionally laundered and pressed.

• The first is that we are better at getting out dirt and stains. Our detergent and specialized stain removers are more concentrated than those you might buy at the supermarket.
• Secondly, if you like your shirts starched it’s a heck of a lot easier and better to have it done by our machines rather than doing it yourself.  Our process will provide a cleaner and more uniform result.
• Lastly, our shirt pressing equipment and process will result in a lot less wrinkles. Using our machine shirts can be pressed quickly and efficiently -  that is the primary reason our shirt prices can be lower than dry cleaning prices.
